The Wines
Our wines are the closest to our hearts, the major focus of care and attention , but of course natural factors can take the greatest importance and meaning.
We base our action in two basic key-principles:
- Farming, from the very start, under the rules of environmental protection in order to achieve natural sustainability;
- Making wine exclusively from the grapes we carefully grow and select, thus guaranteeing high levels of quality.
So far we have been producing two (in exceptionally good years three) reds and one or two whites per year.
